PTFA

The PTFA Committee is made up of a number of key roles. The Committee leads the PTFA and co-ordinates fundraising events.

Members are voted onto Committee at the Annual General Meeting. Please note that in some cases there may be an element of flexibility within a role to suit an individual.

Your new PTFA members for the academic year are:

Miss Bailey, Grace Farquharson, Rachel Hatton - Vice Chair
Louise Reeves - Treasurer
Susie Hall - Secretary

The PTFA Committee is supported by PTFA members, who are the parents and carers of the pupils within the school. Members contribute to termly meetings, form sub teams to plan events and help out at our events. Our members are invaluable – without them our fairs, discos, cake sales and other events simply wouldn't happen.

Match Funding – If you work for an organisation that has a match funding policy, any money we raise at an event could be matched by your employer. Companies may match the fundraising total for an event, or for the stall that their employee is working on. If this is something you think your employer supports and you would be happy to make a request for match funding, please contact a member of the PTFA, or use the ask the chair email address below.

Havannah PTFA now take electronic card payments and bookings for events can be made online. If you would like to make electronic payments during events, we now have the ability to do this. We will ensure that for every event, you are able to make purchases online. We can also take cash payments and will advertise slots to do this on the run up to events.
