Year 5 - Miss Kitson 2024 - 2025

Welcome to Year 5!

In Year 5 you will find me (Miss Kitson), Mr Mollard and Miss Leech along with a class of 30 children. The children have become independent learners over the years and we will continue this as we are approaching the final year of primary school! We expect the children to take ownership over their learning and to be resilient when trying things they find hard. We look forward to another year of hard work, full of achievements and exciting opportunities.

Our trip to Gaunlet Birds of Prey

Our Georgian Walk around Congleton

We recently enjoyed a lovely walk around Congleton based on our 'Georgians' topic. We really enjoyed finding out about the Georgian history of Congleton, such as the introduction of the mills in the Industrial Revolution. It was great to look at the Georgian architecture in Congleton and we enjoyed our visit to St Peter's Church.
